I met Jane Park when I came upon a property of interest in mid-2012, so she was the first person I turned to when I wanted to put my house on the market and look for something new. I especially liked Jane’s pragmatic but respectful approach. I quickly developed a rapport with Jane and found her honest and very trustworthy. She is not pushy or arrogant – attributes I have not appreciated with some agents I have come across. Jane always requested an appointment to visit at least a day ahead. She always left her card after she had visited and often a little handwritten note as well. And, she always followed up on the visit with a text or phone call to give feedback on the viewer’s thoughts and opinion. I value reliability, honesty and commitment and Jane consistently demonstrated those attributes. I trusted her advice and guidance and felt she was very good at reading situations and knowing how best to guide her client.
